The First European Colloquium on Ethnopharmacology took place at Metz (France), from 22 to 24 March 1990. The Proceedings were published in 1991 (Paris, éditions ORSTOM/SFE). The 2nd European Colloquium on Ethnopharmacology was held in Heidelberg (Germany), from 24 to 27 march 1993, at the same time as the 11th International Conference on Ethnomedicine, and the Proceedings were published in 1996 (Paris, editions ORSTOM/ SFE). The 3rd European Colloquium on Ethnopharmacology was held in Genoa (Italy) from 29 may to 2 June 1996, at the same time as the First International Conference of Anthropology and History of Health and Disease. The Proceedings were published in December 1997 by the Dipartimento di Scienze Antropologiche, Università degli Studi di Genova (Genova, Erga Edizioni). > Italian Index The 4th European Colloquium on Ethnopharmacology was organized jointly with the French Society of Ethnopharmacology and the European Institute of Ecology and was held in Metz (France), from 11 to 13 may 2000. The Proceedings were published in September 2002 (Paris, IRD Editions). > Scientific Committee The 5th European Colloquium on Ethnopharmacology was organized jointly with the Instituto de Historia de la Ciencia y Documentacion (Universidad de Valencia - Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas) and was held in Valencia (Spain) from 8 to 10 May 2003. The 6th European Colloquium on Ethnopharmacology will be held in the GRASSI Museum, Leipzig (Germany) from 8 to 10 November 2007. The Colloquium will be organized by the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Ethnomedizin (AGEM), at the same time of the 20th Conference of Ethnomedizin, with the assistance of several organisations affiliated to the ESE (namely the Austrian Society of Ethnomedizin and the French Society of Ethnopharmacology...) |
